Recruiter – IT Talent Acquisition (Night Shift)

About the role

The Recruiter will drive sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates to fill IT roles quickly, cost‑effectively, and with high quality. You will partner closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and hiring stakeholders to design and refine sourcing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage talent that matches specific client requirements using job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Build strong relationships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and hiring managers to understand position specifications.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of all candidate interactions and pipeline activity.
• Provide exceptional candidate care, pre‑screening, and qualification based on skill, cultural, and motivational fit.
• Proactively create pre‑qualified talent pools aligned with client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (no active backlogs, academic percentage >60%).
• 0–1 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferred).
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and adapt to flexible night‑shift hours.
• Commitment to a strong work ethic and sense of urgency in recruiting.
