About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team in Tricity. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for both IT and non‑IT positions, helping the company attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for IT and non‑IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.

Required profile

• Maximum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Hands‑on exposure to both IT and non‑IT hiring.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Based in Tricity with easy commute to the office.
