Recruiter – India Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are expanding our India People & Culture team and need a proactive Recruiter to drive full‑cycle hiring for both technical and corporate positions. You will partner with global hiring managers and external agencies to ensure a steady flow of high‑quality talent as we grow our presence in India.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing on LinkedIn and niche job boards to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Manage and optimize relationships with recruiting agencies, setting role specifications, tracking KPIs such as time‑to‑hire and quality‑of‑hire, and controlling budget spend.
• Provide market intelligence and employer‑branding support by networking within India’s tech and talent community and sharing insights with global stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, forecast hiring needs, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience covering technical (engineering/product) and corporate (finance, marketing, customer support) hiring.
• Proven track record of managing agency partnerships and meeting hiring targets in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with India’s tech talent landscape is a plus.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools.
