Recruiter (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team immediately. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring domestic candidates for US‑based clients, primarily within the IT sector, and operates on a 12 PM – 9 PM IST shift.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit domestic profiles for US clients, handling end‑to‑end hiring processes.
• Conduct internal hiring for US IT recruiting positions.
• Source candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Foundit, and Indeed.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure timely placement.
• Collaborate with US hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in domestic staffing and recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting for US IT roles.
• Ability to work the 12 PM – 9 PM IST shift and join immediately.
