Recruiter – HR Coordination & Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, HR coordination, and employee record‑keeping while supporting the HR Manager with various HR functions. The position is based in Mira Bhayandar and is open only to candidates from the Mumbai region.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Assist the HR Manager with interview administration, HR events, and campaign coordination.
• Support the hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, and shortlisting applicants.
• Maintain personnel‑related data in both paper files and the HR database, ensuring compliance with employment requirements.
• Help manage attendance records and day‑to‑day HR activities.
• Provide support for other HR functions as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a recruitment/talent acquisition role.
• Relevant experience in human resources or administrative positions.
• Ability to handle HR coordination tasks and maintain accurate employee records.
