Recruiter – Host Community

About the role

Goodera is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and scale its global host community. In this position you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hosts across multiple geographies, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified, event‑ready candidates to support the company’s expanding volunteer programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned regions, from sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
• Screen candidates for communication skills, professionalism, and fit with the host role.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including contract execution, profile creation, and readiness checks within defined SLAs.
• Develop and maintain talent pools, forecast hiring needs, and re‑engage strong candidates for future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, track funnel metrics, and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Represent Goodera professionally throughout the hiring journey and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

• Experience in high‑volume hiring and talent pipeline management.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment and meet hiring targets.
