Recruiter – GTAC Aerotek (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates for our GTAC Aerotek accounts. You will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and internal stakeholders to fill roles quickly, cost‑effectively, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage talent that matches specific client requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and hiring managers.
• Utilize job portals, internal databases and professional networks to source passive candidates.
• Call and pre‑screen candidates in the US, ensuring a strong cultural and skill fit.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of all candidate interactions.
• Develop and maintain pre‑qualified talent pools for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recent graduates must provide original mark sheets and have no active backlogs).
• 0–1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation or facility management.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills with a sense of urgency.
• Flexibility to work night‑shift hours and occasional after‑hours calls.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target‑driven environment.
