Recruiter – GTAC Actalent

About the role

The Recruiter will execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates to fill roles quickly, cost‑effectively and with high quality. Working closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and hiring stakeholders, you will design and refine sourcing plans and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Identify talent that matches specific client requirements and build strong relationships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders.
• Analyze position specifications and develop sourcing strategies using job portals, internal databases and professional networks.
• Source, contact and pre‑screen candidates in the US, ensuring cultural and motivational fit through behavioral‑based screening.
• Maintain accurate candidate interaction records and proactively create talent pipelines for future needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with no active backlogs; academic performance above 60%.
• 0–1 year of recruitment experience, preferably supporting engineering or scientific hiring.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional extended hours.
