Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruiter will own end‑to‑end sourcing and fulfilment of recruitment requirements for a portfolio of global accounts, ensuring contractual SLAs and fill rates are consistently met. Working within the GCC delivery model, the role supports clients across the UK&I, Americas and APAC regions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement proactive candidate targeting campaigns using job boards, LinkedIn, social networks, referrals and database searches.
• Build and manage curated talent pools for assigned areas.
• Input vacancies into ATS, VMS, brand websites and associated job boards.
• Conduct candidate searches on Bullhorn, external job boards and LinkedIn to support on‑shore teams.
• Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements, assessing skills, experience and right‑to‑work.
• Prepare and submit CVs in client‑specific formats via ATS, VMS or email.
• Collaborate closely with on‑shore teams and account leads to deliver high‑quality, timely recruitment services.
