Recruiter – GCC

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter specialized in GCC talent acquisition to join our Mumbai office. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for GCC positions, supporting a high‑volume hiring plan while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for GCC roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and execute self‑sourcing strategies.
• Achieve the target of 100‑150 requisitions per year, delivering at least 75 successful hires annually.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the TAG Head, GCC.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and senior leaders to ensure alignment on talent needs.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of recruitment experience, preferably within executive search firms or GCC‑focused companies.
• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record of managing high‑volume hiring and stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Mumbai, with flexibility to be based in Thane, Andheri or Fort.
• Availability to join within one month, preferably candidates currently serving notice.
