Recruiter – Full‑time, On‑site in Assam

About the role

The Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end hiring for Globe Ecologistics in Assam, handling sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordination with hiring managers. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the logistics and transportation teams by ensuring timely and compliant recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, networking platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and schedule subsequent interview rounds.
• Partner with operations and leadership to define role requirements and maintain staffing plans.
• Create and post job advertisements, manage candidate pipelines and communication.
• Support onboarding activities and maintain recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Experience in recruiting for logistics, transportation or industrial sectors (preferred).
• Strong ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of basic HR practices and ethical recruitment standards.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Assam and collaborate with regional teams.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals.
