Recruiter – Full‑cycle Hiring Specialist

About the role

Tokenfolio is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for our fast‑growing pre‑IPO investing platform. You will work closely with founders and hiring managers to attract top talent across technical and non‑technical functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present high‑calibre candidates for a variety of roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and interview processes.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Provide regular status updates and hiring metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in startups, fintech or deep‑tech environments.
• Proven ability to source and close both technical and non‑technical talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite from the Bangalore office.

Required skills

• Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
