Recruiter – Full‑cycle Hiring for High‑growth SaaS Startup

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, VC‑backed SaaS company building our founding India team. As a Recruiter you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, shaping the talent that will drive the company’s earliest and most critical phase.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and outbound outreach.
• Screen applicants, conduct first‑round interviews and assess fit and signal.
• Build and maintain healthy pipelines for priority roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, keep candidates informed, and manage the offer process.
• Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, interview guides and compensation offers.
• Track funnel metrics, maintain a clean ATS, and report on recruitment KPIs.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong sourcing instincts with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Comfortable using an ATS and conducting structured interviews.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable remote‑work setup.
