Recruiter (Freshers) – Up to 14K Salary – Rajkot

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team in Rajkot. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in talent acquisition within a reputable NBFC.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding documents and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Generate regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline; HR or business studies preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn recruitment tools and follow internal policies.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rajkot and collaborate with the HR team.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
