Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment (up to ₹8K per hire)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing talent solutions startup in the HR‑Tech space, helping organisations across India build high‑performing teams. As a Recruiter you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for tech, sales, marketing and operations roles, working remotely and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment – from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS and Boolean search to attract both passive and active candidates nationwide.
• Conduct structured interviews, assess cultural fit and match candidate skills with client requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, provide real‑time feedback to hiring managers and close positions within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with clients to define ideal profiles, optimise job descriptions and track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, fill rate).

Required profile

• Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workable or Lumesse.
• Strong Boolean search and screening interview skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Preferably experienced in startup or tech recruitment and familiar with tools like Teamtailor or Ashby.
• Good knowledge of Indian labour markets across functions and regions.
