About the role
The Recruiter will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for a range of professional positions, ensuring a pipeline of high‑quality candidates. Based in Bhopal, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and represent the organization’s values to prospective employees.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through referrals, job portals, advertisements and networking.
- Conduct pre‑screening, telephonic and personal interviews as required.
- Schedule and coordinate interview panels, extend offers and manage onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update the candidate database on a daily basis.
- Generate timely recruitment reports and maintain confidentiality of all HR data.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS‑Office applications.
- Comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows environment.
