Recruiter – Bhopal

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for our organization in Bhopal. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting new‑joiner onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing candidates through referrals, job portals, and advertisements.
• Shortlist and conduct telephonic or face‑to‑face interviews as needed.
• Communicate job descriptions clearly and educate candidates about the organization’s vision.
• Coordinate interview schedules, extend offers, and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update the candidate database daily.
• Build and nurture networks to source passive candidates.
• Generate timely recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong command of English.
• Proficiency in MS‑Office and comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows environment.
