About the role
We are looking for a motivated Recovery & Collection Telecaller to join our team handling the SBI credit card portfolio. You will work from our Lajpat Nagar office, engaging with customers to secure timely payments and maintain strong relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to SBI credit card customers regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers to confirm payment commitments and update records.
- Maintain professional communication and build rapport with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Record all interactions and payment details accurately in the system.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior experience in collections or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
