Recognition Specialist

About the role

The Recognition Specialist will support BASF’s Talent Strategy for South America while being based in Hyderabad, India. You will handle end‑to‑end learning administration, data analysis, and support global HR projects, contributing to the new Global Hub initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Execute learning administration tasks: publish courses in the LMS, monitor enrollments, manage pre‑work, and cancel sessions as needed.
• Maintain and update employee development records in SuccessFactors and related platforms.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze talent program data to produce reports and dashboards.
• Support global and regional projects by testing solutions, providing feedback, and representing South America requirements.
• Assist in the design and rollout of new talent initiatives aligned with regional strategy.
• Prepare and enhance reports, dashboards, and internal documentation, including translation when required.
• Provide vendor management administrative support, including coordination and payments.
• Develop internal communication materials for HR, learning, and talent management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation efforts.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• 1‑3 years of HR or service experience, preferably in a global company.
• Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work US shifts.
