Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, organized and customer‑focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Coco Neo retail outlet in Bangalore. The role involves greeting visitors, handling inquiries and supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to relay information and schedule appointments.
• Provide product information and address customer queries.
• Manage appointments, deliveries and other front‑office activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area.

Required profile

• Any degree or diploma.
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada and/or Hindi.
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
• Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
