About the role
The Receptionist at Pinak Adventure Park is the first point of contact for guests, shaping their overall experience. You will manage a busy front‑desk environment, ensuring smooth check‑ins, ticketing and guest interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest check‑ins, ticketing and bookings.
- Handle walk‑in enquiries, phone calls and coordinate online reservations.
- Address guest queries professionally during high‑footfall periods.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest movement.
- Maintain accurate front‑desk and booking records.
- Deliver a welcoming and professional guest experience at all times.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in front‑desk, guest relations, hospitality, amusement or adventure park environments.
- Ability to manage calls, queues, bookings and guest queries simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, welcoming and solution‑oriented attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
