Receptionist – Front Desk, EA & Administration

About the role

We are seeking a professional and presentable Receptionist to manage our front‑desk operations in Bangalore. The role combines hospitality‑focused guest handling with basic Executive Assistant duties, supporting leadership and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Manage the reception area, handle incoming calls, and oversee visitor management.
• Coordinate snacks, refreshments, and meeting logistics.
• Maintain calendars, schedules, and meeting arrangements for the leadership team.
• Assist with basic EA tasks such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support.
• Support HR and Admin teams with hospitality and office requirements.
• Perform office opening and closing activities and other front‑office duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Presentable appearance with a service‑oriented attitude.
• Proactive, well‑organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Preferably female candidates with a background in hospitality or front‑desk operations.
