Receptionist – Front Desk at Sales Experience Centre

About the role

We are seeking a polished and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Sales Experience Centre. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for prospective homebuyers and visitors while supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage walk‑in enquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate visitor records and lead registration.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Arrange refreshments and ensure a premium customer experience.
• Keep the reception area and customer lounge tidy and presentable.
• Support the sales team with documentation and administrative duties.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth visitor flow.
• Oversee courier services, office supplies, and general front‑desk operations.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in receptionist, front‑office, customer service, or hospitality roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Well‑groomed, punctual, and highly organized.
• Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, premium retail, or banking is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer applications.
