Rebar Checker – Structural Detailing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Rebar Checker to ensure the accuracy and quality of rebar drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS) on US/Canada projects. You will work closely with detailers and internal teams to deliver compliant, error‑free documentation on time.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify rebar drawings and BBS against project standards.
• Perform project studies and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
• Resolve discrepancies by collaborating with detailers and the project team.
• Guarantee quality, accuracy, and on‑schedule delivery of checked drawings.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in rebar checking or detailing.
• Strong knowledge of US/Canada rebar detailing standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with RebarCAD, CADS RC or RGS CAD.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills.
• Experience creating and reviewing rebar shop drawings and BBS.
• Good understanding of structural drawings and specifications.
