Real Estate Sales Executive – Coimbatore

About the role

VSK Foundation is seeking a passionate and target‑driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join its growing team in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the entire home‑buying journey, from initial enquiry to final booking.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries generated through digital marketing, walk‑ins and referrals.
• Contact prospective buyers, understand their requirements and schedule site visits.
• Present apartment projects, explaining floor plans, pricing, amenities, offers and payment options.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide end‑to‑end assistance throughout the buying process.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into apartment bookings.
• Coordinate with CRM, tele‑calling and marketing teams to ensure timely customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in real‑estate apartment sales (mandatory).
• Proven track record of selling apartments or residential projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Coimbatore real‑estate market (advantage).
• Ability to handle site visits and build long‑term customer relationships.
• Own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Proficiency in Tamil (mandatory); English preferred.
