About the role

AcreAce is seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to connect buyers and sellers across Kerala. This freelance, commission‑based position offers unlimited earning potential for individuals who enjoy relationship building and closing property deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads for residential, commercial, and land properties.
• Meet potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs.
• Conduct property site visits and deliver client presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist customers throughout the buying and selling process.
• Coordinate with property owners, buyers, and the AcreAce team.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead‑generation targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.

Required profile

• Prior experience in real‑estate, property marketing, insurance, vehicle, banking, or field sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits.
• Familiarity with local property markets (advantage).
• Own two‑wheeler or car for property visits and client meetings.
• Smartphone with basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, and online communication tools.
