Real Estate Advisor (M/F) – Permanent Position

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Advisor to join our agency in Yerres. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and promoting residential properties for sale or rent, while providing professional guidance to both sellers and buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess properties to be listed for sale or rent.
• Promote listings to potential buyers and arrange property viewings.
• Maintain and develop a portfolio of seller and buyer clients.
• Manage the entire transaction process, including legal, administrative, and financial aspects.
• Negotiate offers and support clients through closing.

Required profile

• Holder of a relevant real‑estate qualification (e.g., BTS Professions Immobilières) or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Dynamic, tenacious, result‑oriented, and adaptable.
• Professional conduct and ability to synthesize information.
