React Native Mobile Application Developer

About the role

Metayb is looking for an experienced React Native developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will turn design mockups into functional apps, ensure optimal performance, and deliver seamless user experiences as part of a fast‑growing digital transformation team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and requirements.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries, ensuring data security and compliance.
• Optimize app responsiveness, scalability, and performance across devices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and system design.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and apply best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional experience as a mobile application developer, with at least 2 years focused on React Native.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in mobile UI design principles and building pixel‑perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Experience deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
