About the role
The Railway Project Site In-Charge will lead on‑site activities for railway wagon rehabilitation projects at our Rayanapadu facility. Reporting to the Railway Project department, the role ensures project milestones are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations for railway wagon rehabilitation projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, production and quality teams to ensure project specifications are followed.
- Monitor progress against schedules, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality policies.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
Required profile
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in railway wagon rehabilitation or related railway projects.
- Proven ability to manage on‑site teams and deliver projects on time.
- Strong understanding of railway industry standards and practices.
