R2R Analyst – US Shift (Walk‑in) – Noida

About the role
This position is for candidates with Record‑to‑Report (R2R) experience who are ready to work US shifts from an office in Noida. The role involves supporting month‑end and year‑end close activities for a global finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, reports, and reconciliations for month‑end and year‑end close.
- Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and coordinate with various departments to resolve open items.
- Execute fixed‑assets, intercompany and payroll accounting transactions.
- Propose and post corrective general‑ledger entries and support the onsite team during month‑end.
Required profile
- 1 to 6 years of experience in Record‑to‑Report (R2R) accounting.
- Willingness to work US shifts and attend the office five days a week.
- Immediate to 30‑day notice period.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with PeopleSoft ERP (preferred).
