Quantity Surveyor – MEP (Navi Mumbai)

About the role

The Project Quantity Surveyor – MEP will support large‑scale building and infrastructure projects in Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for cost control, contract administration and procurement activities specific to mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review detailed quantity take‑offs and Bill of Quantities for MEP packages.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets and cost‑management reports.
• Administer post‑contract activities, including variation assessment, certification and final accounts.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor selection and subcontractor management.
• Monitor project cost performance and produce regular cost reports.
• Support billing, commercial management and cash‑flow forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in quantity surveying for MEP works.
• Proven experience on large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, BOQs and cost control.
