Quantity Surveyor III

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor III will lead cost planning, estimation and financial control for construction projects, ensuring value for money and cost efficiency. You will work closely with site engineers, procurement and finance teams to deliver accurate cost data throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs) and project budgets.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs from drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and control project costs, comparing actual spend against budgets.
• Prepare and certify running bills, RA bills and final accounts.
• Evaluate tenders, vendor quotations and manage contract variations.
• Oversee material reconciliation, wastage tracking and cost reporting.
• Produce cash‑flow forecasts, MIS reports and support claim negotiations.
• Assist in value‑engineering and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• B.E / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and contract types (FIDIC, Item Rate, Lump Sum).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
