About the role
The Quantity Surveyor will support hydropower and pumped storage projects by measuring and verifying executed quantities, reviewing contractor bills and monitoring project costs against the contract and approved Bill of Quantities. This site‑based position in Panaura, Uttar Pradesh, requires close coordination with the employer, contractors and the PMC team to ensure accurate financial management and timely payment certification.
Key responsibilities
- Measure executed quantities and verify contractor bills.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) comparisons and monitor material consumption.
- Review and evaluate variations and support claims evaluation.
- Prepare cost reports and maintain accurate measurement records.
- Verify Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and support budgeting activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost control.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Panaura project location.
