Quantity Surveyor – Civil (Annex Building)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor – Civil with over 10 years of experience to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for annex building projects within airport infrastructure across India.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for civil works including foundations, structures, pavements, and earthworks.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and prepare regular cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate cost projections and compliance with airport regulations.
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluate contractor bids, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage contracts, monitor contractor performance, handle claims, variations, and disputes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on civil annex building projects in airports.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, construction methodologies, and airport-specific regulations (ICAO, FAA).

Required skills

• Proficiency with quantity surveying software such as CostX or PlanSwift.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for interpreting civil drawings.
