About the role
Colliers is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor & Billing professional to support the Seetharampur Industrial Park project. The role involves managing contractor bills, cost estimation, and commercial documentation to ensure project financial compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and certify contractor bills.
- Perform quantity take‑off and verification from drawings.
- Develop cost estimates, budgets and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Conduct rate analysis and prepare variation statements.
- Verify vendor and subcontractor billing.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Coordinate with execution teams on billing and commercial matters.
- Prepare MIS reports and commercial project documentation.
Required profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7–8 years of experience in QS & Billing for commercial, residential or industrial construction projects.
Required skills
- Quantity Surveying.
- Billing and invoice certification.
- BOQ preparation.
- Rate analysis and variation statements.
- Cost estimation and budgeting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with billing software.
