Quantitative Aptitude Trainer – College & Placement Coaching

About the role

Six Phrase, a division of Veranda Learning Solutions, is seeking a Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to deliver high‑impact training to college students and fresh graduates. You will help bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, preparing learners for campus placements, recruitment tests, and competitive examinations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom and online sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
• Design lesson plans, practice questions, assessments, and mock tests.
• Identify learning gaps and provide targeted individual or group guidance.
• Track student performance, conduct regular assessments, and report progress.
• Develop and maintain a question bank and training materials.
• Collaborate with placement and academic teams to align training outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in aptitude, placement, or competitive exam training.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable delivering both on‑site and virtual sessions.
