Quality Technologist – Production Office (Delhi, India)

About the role

The Quality Technologist will drive continuous improvement of product and facility quality for the COS brand, working closely with suppliers across India. You will act as a quality ambassador, ensuring that COS standards are embedded from sample development through bulk production and customer use.

Key responsibilities

• Improve product and facility quality and empower suppliers to meet COS quality standards.
• Provide suppliers with COS quality foundations, including standards and production know‑how.
• Support suppliers in developing production capabilities aligned with COS needs.
• Own end‑to‑end product quality from sample to bulk to customer use.
• Conduct inline and end‑of‑line quality inspections as required.
• Collaborate with Quality Manager and Global Merchandising teams on market development, supplier strategy, and product strategy.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, coach partners, and drive capacity development.
• Promote COS quality principles (longevity, premium making, innovative materials, detailed execution).

Required profile

• Willingness to spend the majority of time at supplier factories.
• Relevant production knowledge and technical quality production experience.
• Product development experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
