Quality Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our quality assurance team. The role involves overseeing quality investigations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and maintaining high quality across production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and escalate product quality investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support internal audit programs.
• Communicate quality issues effectively across departments and collaborate with site supervisors.
• Verify production line readiness and inspect inbound materials such as paint and thinner.
• Address customer complaints promptly and coordinate with the Head of Department for resolution.
• Analyze finished products and dispatch lines to confirm quality before shipment.
• Maintain complete and accurate quality control records for all inspections and investigations.
• Oversee inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products, providing guidance to inspectors.
• Provide constructive feedback on specifications and ensure timely scheduling of inspections and audits.
• Exercise authority to initiate, escalate, and enforce quality investigations and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
