Quality Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Quality Management Specialist to lead the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system across our organization. You will be instrumental in achieving certification, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality in every department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, including gap analysis and documentation of policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Coordinate internal audits, support external certification audits, and serve as the main contact with the certification body.
• Train employees and department heads on ISO 9001 requirements and quality best practices.
• Monitor key quality indicators, manage non‑conformities, conduct risk assessments, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Promote a culture of quality and process ownership across teams and prepare the organization for surveillance and recertification audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience implementing ISO 9001 in the services industry, including leading a company through initial certification.
• Experience conducting internal audits; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills for training and influencing stakeholders.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 knowledge and implementation expertise.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as PDCA, root cause analysis, and process mapping.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (e.g., NABCB/IRCA/BSI).
