Quality Management Specialist (ISO 9001)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Quality Management Specialist to lead the implementation of an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System at our Gurugram office. The role will drive certification, continuous improvement, and embed a quality‑first mindset across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of ISO 9001:2015, including gap analysis and documentation of policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Coordinate internal audits, support external certification audits, and act as the primary liaison with the certifying body.
• Train employees and department heads on ISO requirements and quality best practices.
• Monitor quality KPIs, manage non‑conformities, conduct risk assessments, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain ongoing compliance, prepare for surveillance and recertification audits, and promote a culture of process ownership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or quality discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience implementing ISO 9001, including leading a company in India through its first certification.
• Proven ability to conduct internal audits; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
