Quality Management Representative

About the role

The Quality Management Representative will work on‑site in Rajkot, supporting and maintaining PSP’s ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The role focuses on monitoring product and process quality, handling complaints, and driving continuous improvement across production and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product and process quality and review inspection reports daily.
• Plan, execute and report internal quality audits in line with ISO 9001:2015.
• Manage customer and internal complaints, conduct root‑cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, procedures, work instructions and records.
• Prepare quality‑related reports, presentations and support external audits or customer visits.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to implement quality improvements and reduce defects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in engineering, quality, or a related technical field.
• Strong background in quality management and assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience conducting internal audits and handling complaint investigations.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
