Quality Inspector – Hardline

About the role
As a Quality Inspector specializing in hardline products, you will join QIMA’s Operations team to ensure that client merchandise meets the company’s high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You will work on‑site at supplier facilities, conducting thorough inspections and reporting findings in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities
- Check email daily to receive inspection documents and schedules.
- Attend inspections punctually and communicate professionally with suppliers.
- Perform product inspections according to QIMA procedures and relevant standards.
- Supervise container stuffing to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Complete and submit inspection reports within established timelines.
Required profile
- College degree or higher in hardline or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in quality management.
- Knowledge of AQL standards and applicable safety and quality regulations.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of professional ethics.
