Quality Control Specialist – Apparel Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Specialist to ensure that all raw materials, fabrics, trims, and finished garments meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, fabrics, and trims for compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.
• Conduct in‑line and final inspections of garments prior to shipment.
• Identify defects, implement corrective actions, and document findings.
• Prepare detailed quality inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and industry standards.
• Perform tests for fabric strength, color fastness, and durability.
• Train production staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Confirm that finished products meet customer requirements before dispatch.
