About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Quality Control Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while driving continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance reliability and quality of new product development processes.
• Continuously review products, processes, and systems to identify improvement areas.
• Maintain and uphold company quality standards and specifications.
• Set supplier requirements and monitor compliance.
• Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in production meetings and conduct final inspections.
• Supervise inspectors and technicians, providing guidance and feedback.
• Ensure health and safety guideline compliance throughout production.
• Conduct inspections and testing, producing statistical quality reports.
• Report quality issues and product recalls to senior management.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve quality.
• Improve production efficiency and manage waste effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, ISO certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.
