Quality Control Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector will ensure that all incoming materials and finished products meet the company’s quality standards. Working within the production department, you will monitor processes, identify non‑conformities, and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular quality assessments on incoming vendor materials and outgoing finished goods.
• Reject any product or material that does not meet established quality criteria.
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to verify product requirements.
• Measure dimensions, test functionality, and compare results against specifications.
• Document inspection results in detailed reports and performance records.
• Recommend and help implement improvements to the production process.
• Educate the production team on quality‑control concerns to raise overall product excellence.
• Supervise the production process and resolve quality‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; quality‑control certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar quality‑inspection role.
• Strong mathematical and technical aptitude.
• Good understanding of quality‑control standards and testing techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
