About the role
Accenture is seeking a Quality Auditing Associate to support its Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) operations. The role focuses on embedding digital transformation across healthcare processes, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end operations, and delivering superior outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and audit routine pharmacy benefit transactions, including claim processing and formulary management.
- Identify and resolve operational issues using established guidelines and precedents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and supervisors to maintain consistent business processes.
- Support night‑shift operations from an office setting, adhering to rotational shift schedules.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits, healthcare operations, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules.
