About the role
The Quality Assurance Officer will ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with established batch records, SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The role involves close interaction with shop‑floor personnel to maintain product integrity throughout the production process.
Key responsibilities
- Verify compliance with batch records and SOPs for multiple products.
- Monitor cGMP requirements on the shop floor and prevent mix‑ups, contamination and cross‑contamination through line clearance procedures.
- Conduct in‑process checks and sampling at various manufacturing stages.
- Review batch records stage‑wise to support timely product release.
- Prepare, execute and compile process validation, cleaning validation and cleaning verification documentation.
- Review master batch manufacturing records and packing records in SAP.
- Participate actively in investigations of product or system failures.
- Provide continuous cGMP training and awareness to technicians.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Graduation in Pharmacy.
