About the role
Grupo Bimbo is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Executive to join its bakery division in Mumbai. The role focuses on raw material, packaging material and in‑process analysis to ensure the highest standards of food safety and product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform in‑process QA checks, including IPQCRM and packaging material analysis, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Operate and maintain advanced analytical instruments used for food quality testing.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Required profile
- B‑Tech in Food Technology or an equivalent degree.
- Strong background in food technology or a related field.
- 3–6 years of QA experience in food manufacturing, preferably within a bakery environment.
Required skills
- Food technology knowledge.
- Quality assurance methodologies.
- Proficiency with advanced analytical instruments.
