Quality Analyst – Manual & Automation Testing

About the role

We are seeking talented Quality Analysts to join our development teams. Two positions are available: a QA Engineer focused on manual testing of web and mobile applications, and a QA Automation Engineer responsible for building and maintaining automated test frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios for web and mobile apps.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
• Develop, enhance, and run automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, hybrid) and apply design patterns like Page Object Model.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define test strategies and resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint activities.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in manual software quality assurance (for the QA Engineer role).
• 3+ years of experience in test automation with Selenium and Java (for the QA Automation Engineer role).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• API testing tools – Postman, Rest Assured.
• CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitLab CI.

• Performance testing – JMeter, LoadRunner (optional).
• Docker / cloud‑based testing environments (optional).
