QC Training Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

The QC Training Specialist will lead learning and development initiatives for Quality Control Micro Fulfillment Centres (MFCs). You will identify knowledge gaps, design training interventions, and support hub and MFC teams to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and address knowledge gaps to meet business objectives.
• Recommend and implement training solutions for mapped hubs and MFCs.
• Track site performance and proactively schedule training interventions.
• Supervise structured learning metrics and monitor results.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end for assigned sites.
• Deliver learning sessions on new processes and SOPs via ITL or digital platforms.
• Maintain data and produce analysis reports as required.
• Ensure timely completion of digital new‑hire training, coaching, and performance‑improvement programs.
• Partner with operations leaders to conduct site health checks and close gaps.
• Lead individual improvement projects to boost business performance.
• Drive quality and learning metrics.
• Conduct online and classroom training for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using the Training Needs Analysis process is a plus.
